What can cause Scoliosis?

What type of exercise can help scoliosis pain?
Pelvic Tilts:
  • Lie on your back on the floor or an exercise mat
  • Use your core and buttocks muscles to flat you back on the floor while tilting you pelvis slightly forward
  • Hold position for 5 seconds
  • Repeat up to 10 times
  • Get on hands and knees, you wrists should line up with your shoulders and knees with hips
  • Round back until you feel a stretch in lower back (cat position)
  • Lift the chest and tailbone, look up while arching you back and stretch you abdomen (cow position)
