What can cause Scoliosis?
Scoliosis is a condition where your spine has a disfigurement and results in changes to the structural components of your vertebrate. Unfortunately there is no definite cause of this condition besides serve trauma.
What are common signs?
- Visible curbed spine
- Leaning to one side
- Rib or hip prejudging out
What type of exercise can help scoliosis pain?
Pelvic Tilts:
- Lie on your back on the floor or an exercise mat
- Use your core and buttocks muscles to flat you back on the floor while tilting you pelvis slightly forward
- Hold position for 5 seconds
- Repeat up to 10 times
