Isometric Chest Press
- Hold arms at chest height
- Press palms together as hard as you can and hold for 5 seconds
- Rest for 5 seconds
- Repeat 5 times and try to lengthen time to press for 10-15 seconds
Isometric shoulder extension
- Stand with back against the wall and arms at sides
- Straighten elbows and push arms back towards the wall
- Hold for 5 seconds then rest
