What can cause Poor posture?

What type of exercise can help with Poor posture?
Shoulder blade squeeze:
  • Straighten back and place hands on back of your thighs
  • Maintain a level chin and relaxed posture at ALL times
  • Lengthen the spine by pulling shoulder back and squeezing deltoids
  • Hold for a few seconds
  • Let go and repeat 3-4 times
Upper-body Stretch:
  • Place hands flat against the wall, your elbow should be shoulder height as you stand in corner
  • Place one foot in front of the other
  • Keep this gaping
  • Breathe out as you lean toward the corner with your forward knee bent
  • Straight you back, chest and head elevated
