Osteoarthritis is most commonly caused by aging process and high demands of physical activity. Leading to regular wear and tear on the joints.

- Increase pain when colder weather
- Increase pain when engaging in physical activity
- Pain starts in knee and can lead to hip
What type of exercise can help Osteoarthritis pain?
Quadriceps stretch:
- Stand tall
- With you right hand grab you right ankle pulling ankle toward your buttocks
- You should feel in front of legs
- Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times
Hamstring Stretch:
- With you injured leg, stand propped up
- Slightly bend forward from the hip (while keeping back straight)
- You should feel a pull in the back of your thigh
