Instead of paying for your treatment upfront and seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, we can directly bill your insurance provider on your behalf.
How Does Direct Billing Work?

Insurance Verification
Our knowledgeable staff will verify your insurance coverage and eligibility before your appointment. This allows us to understand your benefits, coverage limitations, and any pre-authorization requirements.

Seamless Billing
After your treatment, we will submit your claim directly to your insurance provider electronically or through a paper-based process. We ensure that all necessary information and documentation are included to facilitate prompt processing.

Prompt Payment
Once your claim is processed and approved by your insurance company, we receive payment directly from them. We handle the payment reconciliation and ensure that you receive any explanation of benefits (EOBs) or statements for your records.

Patient Responsibility
If there are any deductibles, co-pays, or non-covered services as per your insurance plan, we will inform you of your financial responsibility. You can make the payment directly to us for those services.
