Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – Athletic Therapy and certified in the same year with the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association (CATA). She excels at injury assessment and rehabilitation and is effective in treating musculoskeletal injuries for a wide variety of clients. Whether it be treating elite athletes, patients recovering from surgery or even everyday slip and falls, Jen is committed to helping each of her clients with a rapid and safe return to their usual activities.

Jen has worked with a variety of sports teams including: Raiders MMJHL Hockey; Sisler High School Football; and the Wanderers Rugby Teams. Jen currently works with the U18 Winnipeg Wild Provincial AAA Hockey Team, U18 Women’s Provincial Hockey team, and is the co-head Athletic Therapist for Hockey Manitoba. Committed to her education, Jen is continually looking for opportunities to grow as a practitioner. She is certified in Neuro-proprioceptive Taping and is currently working towards certification in Acupuncture.

Growing up in a family that loves to be active has exposed Jen to a wide variety of interests with her favourites being: hockey, soccer, slow pitch, volleyball, and more recently golf.

Jen believes that exercise is the best medicine. She loves helping people mentally and physically work through their injuries and get back to doing what they love.
